Uni have just finished a report for clients North East Lincolnshire Care Trust Plus exploring the impact of their two community-collaborative programmes. The report highlighted the impact of our input across a range of organisational priorities including:
- Helping build reputation management
- Helping support the Trust’s move to a community membership model
- Achieving specific impact on topics
- Supporting health improvement activity amongst staff
- Helping support and evidence World Class Commissioning
