UNI are delighted to be part of the successful alliance of PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Sarah Fraser Associates and Dr Fosters who have been awarded a multi-million-pound contract to deliver the Healthy Places, Healthy Lives Programme on behalf of the NHS Institute of Innovation and Improvement.
Healthy Places, Healthy Lives is an ambitious national programme to tackle health inequalities across 30 partnership sites (including PCTs and local authorities). The aim is to make a real difference across a raft of inequality themes. Key feature of the programme are:
- Making sustainable changes on the ground that lead to an improvement
- Industrialising proven practices
- Using measures to drive learning and map change
- Systematically capturing knowledge so those on the programme and other organisations can benefit from learning
