UNI are supporting SunWest Practice Based Commissioning Consortia to implement the Castlefields Integrated Care Model to improve care and quality of life for patients aged over 75 who have multiple long term conditions. Social Marketing in NHS Sefton

The work will involve engaging with local communities to gather insight to develop social advertising materials and recommended approaches.  The work will cover cervical screening amongst young women, bowel cancer screening and diabetic retinopathy screening.
