Unique Improvements, in partnership with Yorkshire & Humber Improvement Partnership, have launched a new disibility employers guide website and booklet to help employers understand the benefits of employing people with disabilities.Disibility Employers Guide

The guide isn’t intended to tell employers everything, but it is designed to point them in the right direction. Inside the guide there is a lot of useful information ranging from explanations of common terminology to useful tips and advice.

The guide includes:

1) Why the should employ people with disabilities

2) Examples of good practice from Yorkshire and Humber

3) What help can employers get to make reasonable adjustments

4) What if things go wrong
